Siapa Guru Terbaik?

Kita semua belajar sejak dari kecil lagi. Mungkin sejak dari dalam kandungan lagi. Kita diajar pelbagai perkara dengan harapan kita akan menjadi insan yang berguna. Sepanjang proses pembelajaran.. ramai guru yang telah menabur jasa. Antara semua.. kehidupan adalah guru yang terbaik kepada kita.

Kehidupan tidak mengajar kita seperti guru-guru di sekolah.. bercakap dan berkata-kata sepanjang masa. Jika kita melakukan kesalahan.. kita akan dihukum. Kita hanya diberi ganjaran jika kita melakukan perkara yang betul.

Berlainan dengan kehidupan.. kebanyakan masa kehidupan tidak berkata-kata. Kehidupan hanya menekan kita dari segenap ruang yang ada. Kehidupan memaksa kita melakukan kesilapan. Kehidupan mengajar kita untuk mencipta kejayaan melalui kegagalan. Setiap tekanan yang kita hadapi adalah kata-kata daripada kehidupan. Terpulanglah samaada kita memahaminya ataupun tidak.

Apabila berhadapan dengan tekanan.. ada yang mengalah.. ada yang melawan tetapi hanya sedikit yang mengambil pengajaran dan memperbaiki kelemahan lalu melakukan perubahan.

Jika tiada kekuatan.. pasti anda akan mengalah kepada tekanan. Sebenarnya anda memilih kehidupan yang selamat. Anda berusaha melakukan semua perkara dengan betul. Anda sentiasa menjauhkan diri dari sebarang masalah. Kebenarannya anda menyerah kepada keadaan. Anda membiarkan kehidupan mengawal. Jauh di sudut hati.. anda sebenarnya takut mengambil risiko. Anda ingin berjaya tetapi perasan takut dengan kegagalan mengatasi keinginan untuk berjaya. Akhirnya.. inilah jalan yang anda pilih.. terus bekerja dengan bersungguh-sungguh walaupun sedar hasilnya tidak mencukupi dan masalah kewangan menanti.

Sebaliknya.. jika anda bertindak melawan.. anda sebenarnya hanya menyalahkan orang lain dan mahu mengubahnya. Apabila menghadapi masalah kewangan.. anda mula menyalahkan gaji tidak mencukupi.. majikan kedekut.. kerajaan cekik darah dan sebagainya. Anda hanya nampak kesalahan pihak lain tanpa melihat kelemahan sendiri. Jika anda tidak mengubah pandangan anda.. inilah kehidupan yang anda lalui.. sentiasa mengejar pekerjaan yang menjanjikan pendapatan yang lebih lumayan walaupun hakikatnya masalah kewangan tetap berterusan.

Hakikatnya kehidupan akan sentiasa menekan kita semua. Cara yang terbaik biarkan saja. Jangan elakkan diri kita dari tekanan atau cuba melawannya. Apabila tekanan melanda.. sebenarnya kehidupan sedang mengajar kita. Jadi.. kita perlu memahaminya dan mengambil pengajaran darinya. Rasai dan fahami tekanan di sisi.. dalami dan perbaiki kelemahan sendiri.. pasti kejayaan bakal dikecapi dan dinikmati.

Unlimited Power (Part 2)

Success is not an accident. There are consistent.. logical patterns of action.. specific pathways to excellence that are within the reach of us all. We can unleash the magic within us. We simply must learn how to turn on and use our minds and bodies in the most powerful and advantageous ways.

There are seven fundamental character traits that have to be cultivated within ourself. These are the seven basic triggering mechanisms that can ensure success.

1. Passion
Passion is a reason.. a consuming.. energizing.. almost obsessive purpose that drives people to do.. to grow and to be more. It is a fuel that powers someone's success train and causes them to tap their true potential.

2. Belief
People who succeed on a major scale differ greatly in their beliefs from those who fail. Our beliefs about what we are and what we can be precisely determine what we will be.

Many people are passionate but because of their limiting beliefs about who they are and what they can do.. they never take the actions that could make their dream a reality. Passion and belief help to provide the fuel.. the propulsion toward excellence. But it is not enough.. we need..

3. Strategy
A strategy is a way of organizing resources. One must use all the resources in the most effective way possible that most likely could bring them to the desired result.

4. Clarify the Value
Values are specific belief systems we have about what is right and wrong for our lives. Great successful people always have a clear fundamental sense about what really matters.

5. Energy
Great success is inseparable from the physical.. intellectual and spiritual energy that allows us to make the most of what we have.

6. Bonding Power
Bonding power means the ability to bond with others.. the ability to connect with and develop rapport with people from a variety of backgrounds and beliefs. In other word.. you have a pleasing personality that could make you easy to work with others.

7. Mastery of Communication
Communication here is divided into two ways which are internal communication and external communication. Internal communication is the way we communicate with ourself while external communication means the way we communicate with others. The mastery of communication will ultimately determine the quality of our lives.

These seven factors or character traits link and interact with each other and these are the critical ingredient that makes the difference between the achievements of the ordinary and extra-ordinary people.

Dalam apa juga keputusan atau tindakan yang anda ambil.. fikirlah dengan mendalam dan lihatlah jauh ke hadapan. Jangan ambil mudah dan pandang enteng apa juga perkara yang anda hadapi. Mungkin untuk jangka masa pendek.. ianya mampu menyelesaikan masalah anda tapi bagaimana pula untuk jangka masa panjang? Fikir-fikirkanlah..

Malam ini malam penentu.. mampukah Sang Kenari terus terbang tinggi.. menjulang kemenangan kedua.. Juara Liga Super.. selepas Piala FA kita miliki..

Unlimited Power (Part 1)

I have been off-line for almost 2 days due to a problem with my laptop. The technician came here yesterday afternoon and replaced the motherboard. Sounds serious right? Hoho.. I have no idea what is the problem.

Okey.. lets go back to the business..

Since I'm in a critical situation right now.. I have been advised to read Anthony Robbin's book.. Unlimited Power. Actually I already read this book before but I'm not really get it because I don't like his writing style. So.. I need to read it again and this time I kinda like it ;)

Now.. let us share the content together..

Do you know what is the common between all those successful person? Yah.. I know they are successful.. other than that please. The answer is they have POWER. Yes.. once again POWER. In this case.. power doesn't means conquering people or imposing something.

Power is the ability to change your life.. to shape your perceptions.. to make things work for you and not against you and the ultimate power is the ability to produce results you desire most and create value for others in the process. Those who have power are not just fulfill their needs but also the needs of people they care about because real power is shared not imposed.

You should realize that power is a constant in the world. You shape your perceptions or someone shapes them for you.. you do what you want to do or you respond to someone's else plan for you. So.. if you want to be successful person.. you must have power. You must direct your own personal kingdom.. your own thought processes.. your own behavior. Then.. you will produce the precise results you desire. It all coming back to you.. you decide..
